Understanding Contacts

A Contact is a person linked to a Client.

Each client can have:

  • One Primary Contact

  • Multiple Additional Contacts

  • Optional customer portal login access

Contacts are used for:

  • Sending invoices & estimates

  • Communication emails

  • Project discussions

  • Support tickets
